In the last tutorial, we learned how to create new layers and to create polygons from line features for the purposes of showing a Congressional District on a map. In this multi-part tutorial, we will learn how to make multiple polygons and to combine them into a single polygon feature. This is useful for districts that cut through a county, meaning that we cannot simply take existing county boundaries.
