History 410: American Architectural History

This graduate course used the Chicago region as a laboratory for the study of the history of the American built environment. Students researched neoclassical sites and buildings in the Chicago region, from the Field Museum on the lakeshore to St. Ignatius church in Rogers Park.

Urban Planning 402/696: Historic Preservation

This undergrad/grad course in the Taubman College of Architecture + Urban Planning oriented students to fundamental ideas in preservation, to the history and practice of preservation, and involved them in community-oriented projects in Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti.
